2022: New and Used TaylorMade Stealth Irons

2021: New and Used TaylorMade P790 Irons

Low handicap golfers love these forged irons for their hot yet forgiving club faces. Initially released in 2019, the 2021 P790 irons primary feature is a center that’s been hollowed out and filled with special foam. This resulted in more mass around the clubhead’s edges and a higher MOI (moment of inertia) than typical forged irons, which makes the TaylorMade P790 irons extra forgiving on miss-hits while still maintaining your distance gains and workability.

2021: New and Used TaylorMade SIM2 Irons

The TaylorMade SIM2 Max irons offer the ultimate forgiveness without sacrificing higher launches and distance. 2020: New and Used TaylorMade SIM Irons

TaylorMade SIM irons were the beginning of an impressively high performing and forgiving line. Standing for “Shape in Motion,” the SIM irons build upon the M family technology by adding a more forgiving clubhead design and an even lower CG (center of gravity); they also incorporated a draw bias in their SIM Max irons and SIM Max OS irons.

2019: New and Used TaylorMade M5 and M6 Irons

When looking at the TaylorMade M5 and M6 irons , they couldn’t be more different. The TaylorMade M5 irons are the most technologically advanced model in this line, with an ultra-thin clubface and Speed Bridge™ technology gaining lower handicappers extra yardage despite a more compact clubhead. If you want workability, these are your irons. The TaylorMade M6 irons are game improvement irons and tend to be in mid to high handicappers’ golf bags. Similar to the M5 irons in that they are also technologically advanced, the clubheads go the opposite direction and actually get bigger, with a bigger sweet spot.

2018: New and Used TaylorMade M3 and M4 Irons

The TaylorMade M3 irons revolutionized the M family’s design with RIBCOR and Max-COR technologies, the former of which you can also see in the TaylorMade M4 irons. Both releases continued pushing the technology envelope. The golf ball jumps off these TaylorMade irons’ club faces, and with the extra technology, the M4 irons are more forgiving.

2016-2017: New and Used TaylorMade M1 and M2 Irons

TaylorMade M2 were first released in 2016; in 2017, TaylorMade upgraded the M2 iron design and also debuted the TaylorMade M1 irons. TaylorMade Golf’s engineers piled on new features, including an L-shape toe and improved Speed Pocket for (you guessed it) greater ball speed. With a lower CG (center of gravity) in both the M1 and newer M2 irons, you’ll find optimal ball flights with either of these sets, though lower handicaps tend to favor TaylorMade M1 irons for their workability.
