    Description

The Ping G400 LST (Low Spin) driver is custom-engineered with tungsten weight closer to the face for promoting low, stable spin with control. The driver features a T9S+ face that has a thinner, hotter impact area to elevate ball speed across the entire face. The face is 6% thinner and is 9% lighter than its predecessor allowing for extra weight to be placed strategically to tighten dispersion even further. A higher-density back weight helps with forgiveness and allows you to customize your swing weight and you can fine-tune your launch conditions prior to a round by adjusting loft up to +-1º. Clubhead speed is increased with the streamlined shaping, bolder turbulators and Vortec Technology. Dragonfly Technology creates an ultra-thin crown and skirt for weight savings to optimize the CG location and increase MOI for maximum forgiveness and accuracy. The G400 is Ping’s fastest, most forgiving driver, ever.

    Condition Description

Clubs in Very Good Condition have been played with and cared for in an appropriate fashion. The markings that you will likely find on Very Good Condition products will show typical wear of models of its age. All of the wear is purely cosmetic, and will not in any way affect the performance of the club. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Very Good Condition: Normal ball marks and scratching on the face; normal scratching on the sole; minor dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; very light scratches, paint chips, paint blemishes on or around the crown.

    Technology / Specs

    Ping G400 LST Driver Overview

    Sole View of Driver

    Low Spin Technology

The tungsten weight on the sole of the G400 LST driver is moved closer to the face. Repositioning the weight there lowers the spin about 300 rpm and lowers the ball flight.

    Crown of Driver removed

    Dragonfly Technology

Dragonfly technology thins the crown, lowering the CG for better accuracy. It also moves the weight around the head to increase the combined MOI to over 9,000.

    Address View of Driver

    Turbulators

Rasied ribs on the crown, called Turbulators improve aerodynamics for higher club speeds. They also help perfectly frame the ball at address.

    Fast Face and Faster Shape

A T9S+ forged face on the G400 LST surge ball speed on shots hit across the face, further helping with forgiveness. Vortec technology on the back of the clubhead reduces drag by 40% halfway down the downswing. This translates to 15% more clubhead speed for maximum distance.
