    Technology / Specs

Titleist 718 AP2 irons are an elite, tour-level iron that adds consistent distance and forgiveness over previous models.

    Made to go Fast, Far

718 AP2 irons are a co-forged, cavity back iron. To boost speed, designers thinned out the face insert and forged body, which flexes more.

Launch conditions (angle and spin) are also improved with a new CG progression. The CG location on longer irons is more centered and lowered, causing shots to fly higher and land softer for consistent distance control.

    Perimeter Weighting

Forgiveness on the long and mid irons is increased by adding an average of 57.4 grams of high-density tungsten weight to the heel and toe of the clubs. More perimeter weighting makes the clubs more stable and forgiving on mishits.

    Improved Looks, Familiar Feel

Titleist 718 AP2 irons have the signature feel of past Titleist irons. Well-struck shots feel pure and mishits give instant feedback to help any needed improvements.

The leading edge of the 718 AP2 irons is also more rounded, allowing the club to enter and exit the turf better for more consistent contact.
