    Description

The Callaway Rogue Sub Zero fairway wood combines the power of Jailbreak Technology and Face Cup Technology to promote fast ball speed across a large part of the face for consistently long distance. The Triaxial Carbon Crown increases MOI and provides lower spin while the 5-gram weight screw in the sole’s front helps to position CG low and forward to lower spin for long distance. The size, shape and position of the Speed Step have been refined to improve airflow and promote faster head speed.

    Condition Description

Clubs in Value Condition have been played frequently. All clubs in Value Condition are in 100% playable condition, as all of the markings will be purely cosmetic blemishes, and in no way will affect performance. This is the perfect option for the player looking for more bang for the buck. Among the wear that you may see on clubs in Value Condition: Moderate face and sole wear; sky-marks, paint chips, paint blemishes, and scratches on the crown; dings and nicks on the crown and/or around the edges of the head; shaft wear.

    Technology / Specs

The Callaway Rogue fairway wood has new technology not used before in a fairway wood. Callaway also made some improvements to features seen in previous fairway wood models.

The differences between the standard Rogue fairway wood and the Sub Zero model are launch and spin. The Rogue Sub Zero fairway wood has weight forward towards the face. Placing the weight there lowers the spin and launch compared to the standard Rogue fairway wood. Here are the features the 2 Rogue fairway wood models share.

Callaway takes their revolutionary Jailbreak Technology and puts it in the Rogue fairway woods for the first time. Jailbreak connects the crown to the sole, stiffening the clubhead. By stiffening it, more energy is transferred to the golf ball at impact, creating more ball speed and distance.

Callaway also uses proven technology from previous fairway woods and improves on them. The Rogue has a new, thin Carpenter 455 steel face, which is very strong. Because of its strength, the face can be made thinner, for higher ball speed. Also helping with ball speed is Face Cup technology. It improves distance on shots hit "on the screws" and on mishits.

Finally, the Rogue fairway woods have better aerodynamics thanks to the improved Speed Step on the crown. Similar to the Rogue drivers, designers paried with Boeing to come up with the new shape that allows the club to swing faster.

The charts below show the stock shaft and loft options for the Rogue Sub Zero fairway woods.
