Which Cobra driver is the best?

The best Cobra driver depends on your goals and skill set. If you’re looking for forgiveness with a side of distance, the Cobra Aerojet MAX, LTDx MAX or AIR-X driver is up your alley; if you’re looking for distance and workability, you can’t pass up the Cobra Aerojet LS or LTDx LS driver.

    • Overview

The KING Cobra driver series is one of the most popular lines of Cobra drivers. And with the crown on the Cobra Golf logo, it’s no surprise that “king” was incorporated into their naming convention for years. While some of the newer Cobra drivers have moved away from using “king,” you’ll still see impressive KING Cobra driver releases.

KING Cobra drivers typically introduce groundbreaking technology. The KING Cobra LTD drivers, released in 2015, had a zero CG (center of gravity) and even a portal where you could see inside the driver. In 2020, the KING name appeared again in the KING Cobra RADSPEED drivers, where the radial weighting design had never been seen before. Lefties can also experience this innovation with new and left-handed Cobra drivers in this line.

Other technologies you’ll likely see in new and used Cobra drivers include lightweight club heads, H.O.T. Face designs for high ball speeds and PWR-COR technology, which reduces spin while increasing ball speed and forgiveness in both right and left-handed Cobra drivers.

When determining which new or used Cobra golf driver is right for you, check out GlobalGolf’s USelect™, a driver selector tool that instantaneously recommends drivers specific to your game and goals. • Pro Tips

A fun fact about Cobra drivers is their color customization. Some of the Tour players who play Cobra golf clubs usually have bright styles, like Rickie Fowler, so it’s no surprise Cobra golf drivers reflect these personalities. Cobra Golf wants you to truly find the right driver for you.
